Q:Is that hair human? how long time can i use it?
A:I purchased this hair twice in two different colors, I absolutely love it. It’s good quality and I usually wear it for a month then take it out, let my rest for a few days then put new tape it. I wash it once a week and use dry shampoo and leave in conditioner he rest of the week. Putting the tape in is super easy and the tape it comes with is good quality.
Q:So did we use the flat iron when we install them or not. Apparently the directions are conflicting
A:Technically your not supposed to. It melts the tape together which in turn does help the tape weft last longer in your hair, but it will leave a gooey mess when you take them out of your hair. You will have the glue stuck in your hair as well as piece’s of tape. So if you want it to last longer and don’t care about taking the time to comb and massage all the gunk out then use heat, or don’t use heat and they will slide right out with little to no mess when your ready to remove them.
Q:Can you dye these any color?
A:Yes, This Tape Hair extensions have already undergone a chemical process and are designed to accept color change. We recommend getting them colored by a professional and experienced hair colorist who has previous experience working with hair extensions. We would advise for a pc weft to be tested prior to coloring the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi-permanent color, as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. We strongly do not recommend getting hair extensions colored in a lighter shade, as it will require them to be bleached. Bleaching is a very harsh and harmful chemical process which will alter the quality of your hair extensions.
Q:How do you remove the extensions?
A:They have special remover you buy and soak on the hair at the top part of the extention and after a few minutes the tape softens and you carefully pull open and release you hair! Just search tape in hair remover. Warning it will make your hair very oily feeling or greasy feeling even though it claims to be oil free and you will have to wash the extention several times.
